Description: This project aims to celebrate a significant Hindu cultural Diwali festival, showcasing its origins, history and significance to the multigenerational Hindu community with particular emphasis on creating an opportunity for the Hindu young generation to learn and appreciate their own heritage.

Community of Fable: Telling and Retelling Supernatural Tales

Description:  This project aims to gather tales from Scotland and communities now living in Scotland, focusing on stories from the oral tradition with supernatural features. The collected tales will then be used for a series of events at the Being Human Festival.

Description: This project will involve interviewing 50 Black care workers and health professionals who experienced the COVID-19 pandemic in Scotland. Their testimonies will be used to create a documentary film and an accompanying booklet.

Roma Empowerment Through Intangible Cultural Heritage

Description: This project seeks to use Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) as a framework to empower Scottish Roma people to record, share and celebrate their heritage.

Argyll's Rainforest – Engaging New Communities

Applicant: Argyll and the Isles Coast and Countryside Trust

Description: This project aims to address current barriers and capacity issues facing the delivery of rainforest restoration work in Argyll and Bute. In particular it focusses on piloting provision of training opportunities to address skill shortages and on ensuring that farmers and landowners have the support needed to manage and expand rainforest fragments on their own sites.
