Legacy10 asks individuals to pledge 10 percent of their estate to charity, after the government announced a cut in the rate of inheritance tax from 40 to 36 per cent for those that do so.

The campaign - supported by the Secretary of State for Culture Media and Sport, Jeremy Hunt - will operate as a registered charity but will not collect or distribute funds.
