The National Lottery is helping people across the UK explore the First World War during the Centenary. We’ve funded over 2,000 projects, enabling 9.4 million people take part so far and we’ll be sharing 100 fascinating, moving, and in some cases, lesser-known stories of the First World War and its Centenary from now until the Centenary of Armistice on 11th November.
