If there is specific information not covered on our website that you would like to view or access you can make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.

How to request information from us

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) gives you the right to see recorded information we hold.

Some of the information we hold is already available publicly. Before you make a request for information you should:

If you would like to make a request, please email foi@heritagefund.org.uk

Your request must state your full name. Please provide as much detail as you can about the information that you are looking for. We will acknowledge your request and must reply in full within 20 working days.

If you have requested information that relates to a third party, we may need to consult with such parties in order to reach a view on whether the information can be released. When consulting with third parties the identity of the requestor will remain confidential and will not be disclosed.
