Project description: This is an 18-month project that looks to inform a future larger project to restore and repurpose Abercwmboi Workmen's Hall as a sustainable community hub.

National Service: Veteran's Reflections

Project description: The project will bring National Service to life through visual, aural and written stories from over 80 servicemen. The project will record the experiences and memories of National Service veterans and then make these stories available through live and digital exhibitions, podcasts, films and other media.

Project description: A 12-month project (March 2025 – March 2026) to document, preserve and archive the heritage and natural dye recipe archive of Margaret and David Redpath, the last owners of Wallis Woollen Mill in Ambleston, Pembrokeshire.

The Old Library Wrexham's Creative Digital Hub

Project description: This project is part of a wider 11-month project aimed at repairing, refurbishing and extending the Grade II listed Old Library in Wrexham town centre to become a new multi-purpose creative digital hub, including space for exhibitions, live music and offices to hire.

Visions of Wales: Connecting communities in Powys with the life and legacy of the Davies sisters
Applicant: Oriel Davies Gallery
Project description: A three-year project (April 2025 – March 2028) to create a secure and climate-controlled 'spotlight' focus gallery dedicated to the Davies sisters' story at Oriel Davies Gallery in the centre of Newtown. The gallery will establish a rolling exhibition programme with items from the Davies collection on loan from other museums, alongside a collaborative programme of community engagement activities.
