Project description: This place-based project, co-created with the community, will explore, share and celebrate the complex and often contradictory landscape, ecology, heritage and culture along the River Cleddau (Afon Cleddau) in the heart of Pembrokeshire. As the estuary and the river's tributaries connect Pembrokeshire to the world, the project will connect the community to our shared heritage

Lost Peatlands – Landscape Connections Project
Applicant: Neath Port Talbot Council
Project Description: To deliver a multidisciplinary landscape-scale project to restore, connect and conserve the natural and cultural heritage of the South Wales Valleys for the benefit of both people and planet. The project will enable nature recovery and climate change adaptation through habitat restoration/management, improve connectivity and conserve key wildlife species. It will provide opportunities for communities to improve education, skills and wellbeing, promote place-making and preserve cultural identity through revealing the story of landscape change and how people have interacted with it throughout time.
Decision: Award development round grant of £263,309 (79% of total eligible development costs) with the potential delivery grant of £1,933,490 (76% of total eligible project costs)
Gregynog: Raise the Roof
Applicant: The Gregynog Trust
Project Description: The project's primary focus includes urgent roof repairs, overall building conservation, and increased public accessibility and engagement.
Decision: Award development round grant of £866,591 (90% of total eligible development costs) with the potential delivery grant of £4,100,729 (90% of total eligible project costs)
