Led by Coedpoeth Community Council, this project was designed to discover more about the names listed on Coedpoeth War Memorial and restore the War Memorial Park gates.

Montgomery Town Council restored an existing First World War memorial, created a small memorial garden and researched the names of those fallen in the war, gathering stories to create a leaflet and exhibition.

The Firing Line Museum, located in Cardiff Castle are running a project focusing on collections connected to the First World War held by project partners, Cardiff Story Museum, Glamorgan Archives, Western Front Association and Cardiff University.

The Friends of Judy Woods and JAMES (Joint Activities and Motor Education Services) worked together to open up natural heritage to local young people through a new digital heritage trail.
