The survey should take up to 20 minutes to complete. All feedback is anonymous, but we will ask for some basic demographic information to help us to evaluate the diversity of our audience. Most questions are optional, but a few qualifying questions are mandatory in order for us to structure the survey so that it is relevant to your use of the site.
