The South East England development team are available to advise on HLF grant programmes at variety of events.

Information and advice sessions

Single-round funding programmes

We run free pre-application information and advice sessions to help you to apply for our funding. You don't need a definite project idea to attend - just come along to find out more!

Sessions are held at our office in London and are a great way to find out more about the Sharing HeritageOur HeritageYoung Roots and First World War: Then and Now programmes.

Topics covered include: our main funding programmes; examples of projects funded; our criteria and assessment; project planning; budgeting and other useful tips.

You can also get advice on your project ideas.

The next session at our HLF London office, SW1W 8NR

  • There are no upcoming South East information sessions. However, if you would like to attend an information session at our London office, you would be welcome to book onto one of the ones run by the London team. Please look at the page for upcoming events in London for booking details and let them know that you are a South East-based organisation when booking.

Please contact the South East England team on tel: 020 7591 6171 or email us with any queries.

These sessions do not focus on our two round funding programmes for requests of £100,000 and over. Please contact the development team by submitting a project enquiry to discuss these programmes.

Outreach events and funding fairs

The development team also attends different funding events organised by various organisations within the South East England region. We attend these events to give potential applicants an opportunity to find out more information on our funding programmes and discuss potential ideas with us.

There are no upcoming events planned - future details will be posted here.
