Can you champion heritage in the East of England?

We are looking for a Chair to decide on funding on heritage in the East of England that is so loved by local people and visitors alike. The successful candidate would lead fellow decision makers to help us to open up our heritage for everyone to enjoy.

About the role

Committee Chairs decide where to invest money raised by National Lottery players, and also play an important role as advocates for heritage in the local area. They lead fellow decision makers to help us to open up our heritage for everyone to enjoy. Committees are responsible for investing National Lottery Players’ money in projects ranging from £100,000 to £2million.

The East of England committee is one of 12 across the UK, and each meet four times a year. Chairs and members are normally appointed for three years in the first instance with the potential for a second term.
