Explore how we've considered the rights of our audiences and beneficiaries in the development of our new 10-year strategy.

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and ensuring our funding programmes, initiatives, strategies, policies and decision-making processes do not have any adverse impacts on groups with protected characteristics.

Heritage 2033

To meet this commitment, we've carried out an equality impact assessment of Heritage 2033, our 10-year strategy. You can download a PDF of the assessment from this page.

The assessment is an evidence-based tool, which enables us to consider the potential impact of changes in our work on different groups of people. It will be regularly reviewed and updated throughout the life of Heritage 2033.
