Project description: This project aims to build a sustainable future for the Old Kirk of Kilmaronock by adapting and fitting out the building as a community space and heritage hub.

Project description: To conserve and restore the 1901 section of the tram depot, safeguarding and securing the future of an important historic building that has been at significant risk for over 20 years.

Project description: This project aims to improve the organisation’s sustainability by employing two new members of staff, a fundraising manager and business manager, to reduce their reliance on public funds and develop their own income stream through their business entity, Biosphere Enterprise.

Unlocking the Potential of The Hunterian: The Changing Museum

Project description: Undertake a scoping project for the development of a potentially phased plan for the renovation of both the Hunterian Museum within the Gilbert Scott Building and the Hunterian Art Gallery in the William Whitfield Building, futureproofing both buildings for generations to come.
