Project description: To catalogue, preserve and digitise the heritage of the Scottish Women’s Institute (SWI) via its collection of archives and artifacts.

Decision: Award grant of £127,175 (86%)

Applicant: Cambo Heritage Trust

Project description: To carry out necessary capital repairs and replanting activity to Cambo Walled Garden, part of Cambo Estate, as well as delivering an associated learning and activity programme.

Project description: To create a seven-pod glamping village on the Tweed footpath, whilst also working to diversify volunteer engagement, working with local schools and developing trails in the grounds to support the aim of financial sustainability for the Trust.

Project description: To work collaboratively to celebrate the diverse cultural and industrial heritage of local towns, through preserving and sharing the memories of their industrial past through storytelling, poetry and music/song.

Project description: Living Memory Association seeks to use their expertise in community history to help groups across Scotland gain the confidence, skills and support to run their own heritage projects.

Decision: Award grant of £207,120 (97%)

Project description: To tell the story of Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Park, transforming how audiences across Scotland, the UK and internationally engage with the area’s scientific and cultural heritage.

Applicant: Aberdeen City Council

Project description: By utilising large-scale digital projections to display digitised adaptations of art and artefacts from Aberdeen Art Gallery collections, the project seeks to create an immersive experience that brings heritage to life on the facades of numerous historic buildings.
