The Marion Hotel: Memories from Northern Ireland Mother and Baby Homes

Project description: The project will explore the challenging history of Mother and Baby Homes in Northern Ireland. It will showcase and facilitate creative responses to these hidden histories, through four activities: a play 'The Marion Hotel' by Caitriona Cunningham – a survivor of Newry's Marianvale home, an oral history project, a series of 'Reminiscence workshops' and a digital exhibition.

Decision: Award grant of £57,824 (55% of total project costs)
